At the Town Hall meeting on Thursday, Leonia's Mayor stated “Leonia is a community in decline”.     Matthew McGrath of Northjersey.com reports, "A casualty of this decaying financial environment is the beloved public library, which is set to lose $103,000 in municipal contributions from its budget this year. The proposed cuts will force layoffs, end popular programs and limit operating hours." Read his full article at NorthJersey.com

Update: The Mayor distributed his slide presentation on a private listserv, "Leonia Talks"
